Refunds & Returns Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders, except customized orders, can be canceled at any time until they are shipped.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once work started. Please be aware of this.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging or shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you did not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 2-5 days processing), or
- you receive the wrong item, and
- you must take a few clear photos of the received items still in their original packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item,
- you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused. We will provide the address where you can return the item to.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), or
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. withhold by customs, unsettled duties or taxes, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days excluding 2-5 days processing) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
