Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping services operating in over 185 countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. Exact shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China are shipped via standard international carriers or EMS depending on product weight and size. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are dispatched through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide tracked worldwide shipping to over 185 countries. However, there are a few restricted locations we are unable to ship to (such as US APO/FPO addresses). If your location is restricted, we will contact you directly.

What about customs and duties?

We are not responsible for any custom import duties, VAT, or local taxes once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! You will receive an automated email containing your tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some postal carriers, it takes 2–5 business days for tracking details to register in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking remains empty, please reach out to our team.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may occasionally be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once packaging and shipping has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may request a refund or reshipment if:

You do not receive the product within the guaranteed timeframe (45 business days, excluding 2–5 day processing).
You receive the wrong or damaged item.
You decide you do not want the product (item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense).

Refunds are not issued if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
Your order was delayed due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Jewelry Reimagine (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters).

*You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the 45-day guaranteed delivery window expires by messaging us on our Contact Us page.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
